Join us for a transformative one-day immersive retreat that invites you to reconnect with your inner landscape and tap into the wisdom of your nervous system. Throughout the day, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations, dynamic movement, and soothing breathwork, all set against the backdrop of nature’s calming beauty. This isn’t just a retreat; it’s a shared journey where you’ll find a sense of community and belonging.

My journey as a therapist began over 15 years ago, supporting children and youth in the foster system, which evolved to working in frontline mental health services, both inpatient and outpatient settings. These moments shaped and influenced my drive to pursue my dreams of helping others proactively to nurture our minds and bodies. My passion for wellness and holistic healing was further ignited through personal experiences and life-changing moments.

I combine traditional psychotherapy with holistic practices including mindfulness, breathwork and meditation into each session. My approach honours the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirits, and I support individuals to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation and healing the self as a whole. Whether we are in the calming office space, connecting virtually or embracing the beautiful outdoors, I aim to make you feel supported, understood, and empowered to lead a more fulfilling life. Together, we will delve into the root causes of your challenges as we embrace a whole body and mind approach to healing.

I am passionate about working with parents and mothers who have experienced birth trauma or are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and not enough as well as supporting young adults, wellness entrepreneurs and first responders.

Outside of my professional life, you will find me outdoors – hiking, kayaking, sitting by the water, reading, and having a fire. My favorite season is fall, where I can enjoy the change in colours while being cozy with a hot tea or coffee. My family are my biggest supported and I soak up every moment I spend with my husband, daughter and fur babies.
